Samuel Leighton-Dore is a multidisciplinary artist, writer and big Queer softy living on the Gold Coast. Leighton-Dore enjoys exploring themes of mental health, masculinity and sexuality across his practise, which includes ceramics, painting, illustration, animation and larger-scale AR-based works.
For his first Lonely Kids collaboration, Leighton-Dore wanted to create a series of designs which playfully acknowledge that things are always a little messier than they appear on the surface - even when the surface is cute.
