The Studio
The LKC Studio in Artarmon has been our base of operations since 2020, and the brand's fourth home, after being in Warwick's bedroom, having our own store on Oxford Street in Sydney's CBD for a month, and finally our previous location in St Leonard's.
The current studio is our first which has enough space and power access for a larger dedicated T-shirt printing production capacity, and it has allowed us to grow into the brand we are today. Our core philosophy involves printing and packing all items ourselves, and working exclusively with the most ethical manufacturers to give the best possible product. We now have full control of the most sustainable process here in Sydney.
All our clothing is printed, packed and shipped on order from our studio. We also design and illustrate most of our clothing here.
Day to day, there will be someone printing and pressing clothing, and someone at the front folding and packing the finished items into mailing satchels, ready to be picked up and shipped out. We have Australia Post collections daily, and also meet with our collaborators here and sometimes film silly content for social media.
We use a slower labor intensive process to print our garments as it has the lowest environmental impact, and has no nasty chemicals. The final printing product is also very soft to touch, and feels nice when worn.
Visiting the studio is by appointment only - please contact us if you want to drop in and check it out! Generally someone is here between 9am-5pm on weekdays, but we often have to duck out for meetings or photoshoots.
We use our studio for printing and mailing orders, creating designs, taking photos, and storing stock. It is not a retail store and we don't keep huge amounts of printed stock here in order maximise the space we can use and avoid unnecessary waste. However we always have a some examples of stock we can show you to demonstrate our high print quality.
If you are located in Sydney and need an order within a short timeframe, we recommend selecting "Pick up from Sydney studio" as the shipping option at checkout when you place your order. This will eliminate any delays caused by courier issues. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up and we can organise a time for you to collect it.
Our studio is located in Sydney, Australia. Specifically, in the Artarmon industrial area, which allows us to have a larger storage space than we have ever had before. We've been able to upgrade our equipment to increase the speed at which we can print orders and ship them out to our customers.

TO FIND US: Head to 18-20 Hotham Parade in the Artarmon industrial area. It's a big glass building past several mechanics. There are two entrances to the building - you will want to head into the lower level carpark and look for the glass door shown in the image below (near the stairs).
BY CAR: There is a visitor's car spot in the carpark, but it's not always available. If you want to come by car, please contact us to let us know when you would like to drop in so that we can let you know if the space is free. Usually if it's not, you can still park for short periods in front of our delivery door.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There is a bus stop on the Pacific Highway around 10 minutes walk from us. Our closest train station is Artarmon, which is about 15-20 minutes walk away. We are also about 25 minutes walk away from St Leonards train station and Royal North Shore Hospital.
