Shipping
All our items are printed, packed and shipped from our warehouse / studio in Sydney, Australia. We print and pack all our clothing ourselves for quality control, and super fast shipping. We DO NOT dropship any of our items, or work with any third party distributors.
If you need your order urgently within a short timeframe, please email us at mail@lonelykidsclub.com. We can work with you to expedite your order under special circumstances.
If the products you have ordered are ready to go in our warehouse they will be shipped within seven business days. For products we need to customise, the shipping departure timing is closer to two weeks. If we foresee a longer wait than this we will email you as quickly as possible. If you would like more specific timing you can always email us at mail@lonelykidsclub.com.
Please note we send your entire order at once, so items that are ready to go will not be shipped until all items are ready.
Domestic orders with standard shipping generally take 2 – 10 business days post production and are shipped via AusPost. Domestic orders with express shipping generally take 1 – 3 business days post production and are shipped via AusPost. Please note that orders going to the Northern Territory, Tasmania, and Western Australia may take longer to be delivered, and weather issues can also delay packages.
International orders with standard shipping are shipped via Australia Post International and usually takes between 15 - 30 business days post production. International Express shipping usually takes between 5 – 12 business days post production. Please note that we do not cover any import taxes or duties that may be associated with your international shipping.
Australian orders are shipped via AusPost using standard or express shipping. Orders over $85 receive free standard shipping. Orders below $85 have a flat rate of $8.50 for standard shipping. Orders over $200 receive free express shipping. Orders below $200 have a flat rate of $15 for express shipping. Both options supply tracking updates.
New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post International Standard or Express shipping with full tracking. Orders over $200AUD receive free standard shipping. Orders below $200AUD have a flat rate of $15AUD for standard international shipping. Express international shipping has a flat rate of $30AUD for New Zealand orders.
International orders (outside Australia & New Zealand) are shipped using Australia Post International Standard or Express with full tracking. Orders over $250AUD receive free standard shipping. Orders below $250AUD have a flat rate of $25AUD for standard international shipping. Express international shipping has a flat rate of $40AUD.
Yes, you can! We actually recommend it when you need your order within a short timeframe as it prevents any delays caused by courier issues. Simply select "Pick up from Sydney Studio" at checkout. Please make sure to provide a phone number in case we are unable to contact you via email!
Our studio is located in Sydney, Australia. We are generally open for customers to collect pick up orders on weekdays, but we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected and we can work out a good time then.

Please note that customers are responsible for checking the tracking status of their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
A fee applies for redelivery in instances where a parcel is returned to us do to:
- an incorrect address or contact information is provided at checkout, and the customer does not contact Lonely Kids Club to rectify these details before their order has been processed
OR
- a parcel is not delivered due to a customer not being present at the provided address, and the customer fails to collect the parcel from a specified holding location within the timeframe permitted by Australia Post (or the local carrier for international orders)
We incur extra fees from Australia Post when items are returned to us, including both a shipping and an admin fee. As a small business, it's difficult for us to cover the cost of reshipping these items for free, as we would be absorbing three separate charges which we simply cannot sustain. While we're happy to cover the return-to-sender fees, we kindly ask for your support in covering the cost to reship the item to you.
Parcels are shipped using Australia Post and tracking updates can be found on their website. International orders are usually transferred to a local carrier once customs has been cleared and tracking updates should be available on the website of the local carrier. Customers can contact Lonely Kids Club for assistance in identifying the local carrier if required.
