Many designs have adult versions, so you can choose a matching family outfit without separating the range into boys' and girls' clothing.
The kids range covers different garments and size ranges. Kids tees include sizes 2–14, while baby onesies and kids hoodies have their own options. A size number is a guide rather than an exact age guarantee: compare the centimetre measurements with a garment that fits the child now.
Use our kids and baby fit guide for the relevant garment chart. Check the product's size and colour selectors before ordering; the same blank, material or size range does not apply to every kids product.
If the child wants a design from our adult range, the Choose Your Own Kids Tee explains how to request it. Check the listing's instructions and allow additional time for a custom order. The Badly Drawn Pet Kids Tee is a different kind of custom piece: upload one photo of one pet and our illustrators draw a portrait for the print. No artwork preview is sent.

Our in-house team and independent artist collaborators create the designs. Product pages identify the artist and set out the garment details. We print using water-based inks in our Sydney studio, on blank garments made overseas. Our ethics page explains sourcing and production.
For care, wash printed garments inside out on cold, avoid ironing the print and follow the garment's label. Our shipping page separates production time from delivery: standard printed orders take up to seven business days before dispatch, while custom artwork takes longer.

Kids garments are printed in the same Sydney studio using our water-based inks. Blanks, weights and materials vary by garment; check its product details and fit guide rather than assuming every kids item uses the same blank as an adult tee.
That is half the point. Most kids designs have an adult version, so you can do matching family sets, and the Mama and Mini Matching tees were drawn specifically for it. If the design you want is not listed in kids sizes, the Choose Your Own Kids Tee or Choose Your Own Baby Onesie prints any design in our range on a kids garment in the colour you pick.

We use water-based inks for our Sydney printing. Read the ethics page for production information and the selected listing for garment details. A single certification claim should not be applied to every blank without checking its specifications.
Wash printed garments inside out on cold, avoid ironing the design and follow the garment care label. Drying method, heat and wear affect the garment and print; we cannot promise that every item will behave identically.
Everything we make is, and has been since 2011. There are no boys and girls sections, just one range of original designs in a wide run of colours, so the kid picks the magpie or the frog or the sloth and that is the end of it.
Over a hundred, all original and hand drawn, none of it licensed character merch. Animals lead the way, from the sloth family (Cecil and friends, around since 2012) to magpies, ibises, frogs and cats, alongside Australiana, cute, food, a few memes, Ghibli inspired originals, and a kids Christmas collection each year. Some kids tees are charity tees too: the Free Palestine Kids Tee sends 100% of profits to PARA and the Always Was Kids Tee sends 100% of profits to DJ Kirra's First Nations homelessness work.
Prices vary by garment, size and whether the design is customised. The selected product options show the current price. Custom artwork, such as the Badly Drawn Pet Kids Tee, can cost more than a standard kids design.
Standard printed orders can take up to seven business days before dispatch, then delivery time; custom artwork can take closer to two weeks before dispatch. Current timeframes are on the shipping page. Eligible unwashed, unworn items are covered by the 100-day returns policy, with its conditions and exceptions.
