These are custom illustrations rather than a straight photo print or an AI-generated portrait, printed to order in our Sydney studio.
Select the garment or accessory, choose its options and upload one clear photo of one pet per item. A high-resolution smartphone photo is fine. The illustrator makes a portrait for the front print. We do not send an artwork preview before printing, so this is for people who enjoy the surprise of our deliberately wonky style.
Custom orders need time for the illustration as well as printing. Our current guidance is closer to two weeks before dispatch, then delivery time. An order containing several items is sent together once everything is ready. Check the current custom production and shipping information before buying for a birthday or Christmas; express delivery does not remove the artwork production stage.
