This is the corner of the store where you're the art director: upload your pet, add your text, and we'll turn it into something one of a kind, including our infamous Badly Drawn Pet range, where we lovingly turn a photo of your pet into a deliberately terrible drawing.
Let's talk about the Badly Drawn Pet thing, because it's the crown jewel here. You send us a photo of your pet. A real human artist draws it badly. On purpose. With love. No AI anywhere in the process, just a person with a pen making deliberate choices about how wonky your dog's eyes should be. The result is somehow more accurate to your pet's personality than a portrait could ever be, and it goes on a tee, tote, hoodie or hat. It is the single best gift we make for any pet person in your life, up to and including yourself.
That no-AI thing isn't a gimmick, by the way. It's how we work across the whole brand: real artists, drawing real things, getting supported for it. Custom orders take a little longer than our regular range because an actual person is working on yours (see each product page for timing), and honestly, that's the point.
Everything is printed in our Sydney studio on the same ethically sourced blanks as the rest of the store, in our usual generous size ranges, and custom products carry the same returns policy as everything else, so ordering one isn't a leap of faith. If you're in gift mode, custom pieces pair beautifully with a few stickers or something from the cute collection to round out the parcel.
