MOVING DIFFERENT Festival is one of the fastest growing community driven, and independently curated, DIY, music and arts festivals on Gadigal country, developed and cutated by local Experimental Punk outfit smallways. With live music from 20 Australian emerging acts, across 3 stages, this event is a celebration of the inclusivity, diversity, and creativity that defines the Australian Music Scene, with a focus punk, rock and electronic music for 2026. MOVING DIFFERENT Festival is a bi-annual effort to support, strengthen, and connect the local Gadigal music, arts and creative scene more broadly. This event brings musicians, photographers, videographers, local artists, tattoo artists, creatives and lovers of the arts together, for an energetic and action packed day.
