Cel is an illustrator, painter, and embroiderer living in Paris. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, her name Celeste means 'light blue' in Spanish, so she likes to think she was born to work with colours. Her illustrations for LKC showcase her eye for detail and colour in fun compositions.

Lonely Kids Club invests its profits into a variety of non-for-profit welfare groups and charities. One of the biggest groups we work with is Animal Rescue Cooperative. To date we have raised over $50,000 for Animal Rescue Services in Australia.
We also raise money for broad range of charities such Headspace, Transcend Australia and The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
Most of our products are sourced through AS Colour and other ethical suppliers who we chose specifically because of their high quality products and transparent ethical processes. Some of the social responsibility measures we take include:
- Transparency around production and promotion of fair, healthy, and safe practices.
- Partnership with The Better Cotton Initiative.
- Responsibly sourcing materials and ensuring ethical practices are maintained all through our supply chain.
All by-products of the printing process are either reused or recycled. We have removed nearly all plastic from our supply chain. Our ink cartridges are reused. All of our cardboard is recycled and we work with a supplier in Western Sydney who breaks down the components of our leftover ink into environmentally friendly nutrients to enrich soil.
The design is cute and the jumper is really cozy and seems good quality. I’m an Au 10 and the XS is just right (fairly fitted which I wanted). The downside is that the jumper is really long (I’m 5’7” so about average height). That’s not a huge problem per se, because I can make the waistband sit on my hips and the rest kind of overhangs and it’s fine, but the print is proportional to the jumper, and so ends up sitting weirdly - like the lady is on my boob and the little dog is down on my rib. If it weren’t for this, the jumper would be perfect, but as is, a little weird unless I guess you’re super tall?
