Track Pants Fit & Size Guide

Our ethically produced track pants are heavy weight, comprised of a cotton and polyester fleece blend. They have an elasticated waistband with adjustable drawcord and elasticated hem cuffs at the bottom. There are also 2 convenient side pockets. They are available in sizes XS-3XL.

All measurements are in cm. Please note that there can be variations up to 2.5cm from the measurements listed.
Nurie is 5'4" and wearing a 2XL in the track pants. She usually wears a size 18 / "women's" 2XL in other brands.
Gen is 5'6" and wearing an S in the track pants. She usually wears a size 8-10 / S in other brands.

Choosing your fleece track pants

Our current track pants range is a unisex regular fit made from 350 GSM anti-pill fleece: 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester. An elasticated waistband with a drawcord lets you adjust how the waist sits, while cuffed hems finish the legs. These are everyday fleece trackies for cooler days, with two side pockets for the small things you take with you.

Start with a pair of track pants you already feel comfortable in. Lay them flat and compare the waistband width and length with the diagram and chart above. The half-waist measurement is the width across the garment, rather than a size label from another brand. Use the model photos to see how the regular fit looks on different people, then check the available sizes on the product you want.

If you are choosing between sizes, consider both leg length and the room you prefer through the waist and legs. Do not assume that your usual tee size, jeans size or another brand's women's or men's label will be the closest match. The measurements and an existing pair are more useful than the label alone. Our chart allows for garment variations of up to 2.5 cm.

The current range is a regular fit with elasticated cuffs. It is not a separate oversized or wide-leg cut. GSM describes fabric weight in grams per square metre. The current trackies use heavyweight 350 GSM cotton-blend fleece, with anti-pill fabric and a preshrunk finish to minimise shrinkage. Choose them when you want a substantial, comfortable pair for cooler weather rather than a lightweight summer pant. Check each product page for its fabric, print placement and available colours.

Most designs have a small thigh print, leaving the rest of the trackies plain. Bees Knees and Happy Sad have prints across both knees. Your height and how high you wear the waistband affect where those prints sit on your legs. For Bees Knees, the artwork is placed halfway up the pants, so it may sit above or below your knees depending on your proportions and waistband position.
