All items are custom printed on order by ourselves here in Sydney - as a result we can take a bit longer than other sellers. Australian products are sent via Australia Post or Australian Express Post and for everyone else we use the premium DHL Express Courier Shipping method which is the fastest shipping available in the world. Most countries take 3-12 working days once posted.
All our products are Direct To Garment Printed by ourselves using the latest Digital Printing technology. To help the print last forever, please cold wash all garments inside out and avoid tumble drying, which can damage the print quality.
Lonely Kids Club invests its profits into an independently run non-for-profit animal welfare group called Animal Rescue Cooperative. We additionally raise money for Mental Health Services on specific products.
To date we have raised over $50,000 for Animal Rescue Services in Australia.
Most of our products are sourced through AS Colour and other ethical suppliers who we chose specifically because of their high quality products and transparent ethical processes. Some of the social responsibility measures we take include:
- Transparency around production and promotion of fair, healthy, and safe practices.
- Partnership with The Better Cotton Initiative.
- Responsibly sourcing materials and ensuring ethical practices are maintained all through our supply chain.
All by-products of the printing process are either reused or recycled. We have removed nearly all plastic from our supply chain. Our ink cartridges are reused. All of our cardboard is recycled and we work with a supplier in Western Sydney who breaks down the components of our leftover ink into environmentally friendly nutrients to enrich soil.
