LKC Back To School
Note: Due to a supplier issue the shirt only goes up to size L, however, due to the fit we’re finding a lot of women who usually go for size XL are able to fit the size L.
We decided even though we’re all about that unisex dress how you want life – women’s button-up shirts need to be designed around the female form to accommodate things such as bust, and hips. Plus a lot of my female friends get that thing where their bust results in a little hole forming between the buttons over their bra which seems annoying. So we made a lightweight shirt that facilitates all those things, to create a flattering, easy to wear shirt. Plus it’s part linen! So it’s really nice to wear.
To give it a real vibe, we embroidered a white cocktail on the front of the shirt, with a handwritten Do It Tomorrow patch embroidered on the back. Because no matter what you’re doing, you’d probably rather do it tomorrow and grab a drink instead, right?
The shirts are made ethically and we had them embroidered here in Sydney. Each shirt is 55% linen and 45% cotton. They are also side seamed, feature a back yoke and are preshrunk to minimise shrinkage
Ruby is 5 foot 9 and wearing size M.

We do not mass-produce our garments. All our clothing is only ever produced in limited quantities. When you wear one of our goods you know you’re one of the few who will ever get the opportunity to do so and there is something special about that. It allows the clothing to feel more personal and more of a statement .
Here at Lonely Kids Club we believe in fair, ethical production. We don’t think people need to be exploited to create clothing. We do not use sweatshop labour in any part of the production process. We have all factories we work with inspected, and make sure all workers are being paid fairly and working in a clean, safe work environment. We produce all our goods from scratch, so we are able to monitor the production process from fabric printing all the way to finished product. This allows us to make sure the entire process is done ethically. We personally believe this makes the clothes feel better for the buyer, and this also leads to better quality goods.
